Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the www.eg-reeds.com website (the “Service”) operated by EG-REEDS, C.B. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service, even to users who place orders by phone or email or other ways than the web.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Procedure and method of payment

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure. Once the order is complete, you will receive an automatic e-mail with your order. The order will not be confirmed until we receive the payment correctly and send an e-mail of processing order. When the order is sent we will send you another email with the tracking number and invoice.

All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If there are no items left in stock, we will refund the money.

The prices on the website include VAT. When entering the country on the Cart or Checkout page, the VAT rate will be adjusted to the shipping country, and you will also be able to see the shipping costs and/or additional fees.

Shipping rates and manufacturing and shipping time can be found here. Shipping times depend on the Correos / Seur service (there may be delays). We cannot guarantee any delivery time.

Orders without VAT usually have some additional charge collected by customs. There may be delays and/or customs charges. Check with the customs of your country.

Photos of the products are artistic. It is only included the product described in the title, not other accessories displayed in the photos. Items are always sold in a unit unless the description says otherwise.

You can use as payment method bank transfer, Paypal, Alipay, iDeal or credit card. The transfer within Europe (only SEPA) will be free of charge. Outside Europe you will have an extra fee. Orders paid by Paypal, Alipay, iDeal and credit Card will have an extra fee. You can check the final price on the checkout page.

Accuracy of billing and account information 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Modifications to the service and prices

Prices subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

If we discover an error in the price of products ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will provide you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.

Returns

We only replace items if they are defective or if incorrect products have been shipped. To return a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging, without the seal broken or manipulated. If you need to change an item, it is necessary to first send an email to info@eg-reeds.com . The item will be sent back to us by registered mail and always after our confirmation by e-mail. The deadline is 7 days from the delivery of the order. We can offer you a voucher or change the product for a new one. We do not refund the money.

EG-REEDS is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transport. In case the package arrives broken or with damages this should be recorded on the carrier’s delivery note. If the product arrives broken or damaged, contact us by email within 48 hours and send us the photos, that way we can make the claim to the transport company. If the product has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible. The maximum claim period is 7 days after the shipping deadline has passed.

Shipping times depend on the Correos / Seur service (there may be delays). We cannot guarantee any delivery time, nor are returns accepted for this reason.

If the shipment is returned by the transport company for the wrong address, the recipient does not pick it up on time, does not pay customs fees or any other course, the customer must pay the return shipping costs. In no case do we return the money for the products or the shipping and other expenses.

Cancellations

Cancellations are possible only before processing the order. We will not refund any money. We can offer you a voucher for EG-REEDS for the same amount as the products of your order.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide true information. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account in our service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service and also for any activity or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to third parties. You must notify us immediately after you have become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

By registering the user authorizes us to send commercial communications.

All content on this website is owned or controlled by EG-REEDS. The copying, reproduction, redistribution or publication of any part of this website and its contents is prohibited, unless expressly authorized in writing by EG-REEDS.

EG-REEDS has links to other sites, which, in our opinion, may contain useful information / tools for our visitors. Our privacy policy does not apply to third party sites, so if you visit other different websites, you should read their privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content present on those sites.

Visitors to our website can post reviews and comments. EG-REEDS is not responsible and assumes no responsibility for any content posted by visitors or third parties.

Termination

We may cancel or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you do not meet the conditions.

All provisions of the terms that by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, property provisions, warranty waivers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to cancel your account, you can simply stop using the service.

Current legislation

Our inability to enforce any right or provision of these conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to our service, and supersede and supersede any prior agreement we have with each other in connection with the service.

Changes in conditions

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these conditions at any time. For revisions of these terms we will try to provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change shall be determined at our discretion.

For any problem in the translation of the terms and conditions, the only valid version will be the Spanish version.
