You can calculate shipping costs by entering your country and address on the checkout page.

∗ The approximate order cut-off time is 10:00 a.m. on business days. We will always try to prepare your order as soon as possible, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends or holidays, may be processed and begin manufacturing on the next business day.

∗ MANUFACTURING TIMES: Please note that some products require several days of production if they are not in stock. Student reeds: approximately 2 working days. Professional reeds: approximately 4-5 working days. Professional processed cane and custom reeds are always made to order. Professional processed cane: approximately 4-5 working days. Custom reeds: approximately 2 weeks. For large orders, please contact us.

∗ Some products from other brands may need to be ordered from the supplier first, so they may take a little longer to ship.

∗ You can calculate shipping costs by entering your address on the checkout page.

∗ Once sent, shipments will take about 3-5 business days to reach nearby European countries. And 5-10 business days to European countries further away from Spain or outside Europe.

∗ Shipping times depend on the shipping company (shipping times are approximate, there may be delays). We cannot guarantee any delivery time. For countries outside the European Union, delivery times may be longer due to customs procedures. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for details.
