∗ Orders will not be processed until the day after payment is confirmed. On weekends, holidays or vacations, they will be processed and begin manufacturing the next business day.

∗ MANUFACTURING TIMES: Please note that some products require several days of production, if they are not in stock. Student reeds about 2 working days. Professional reeds and processed cane about 4-5 working days. Custom reeds about 10 days. For large orders please contact us.

∗ Once sent, shipments will take about 3-5 business days to reach nearby European countries.  And 5-10 business days to European countries further away from Spain or outside Europe.

∗ Shipping times depend on the shipping company (shipping times are approximate, there may be delays). We cannot guarantee any delivery time. For countries outside the European Union, delivery times may be longer due to customs procedures. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for details.
